Amazon donates to various charities through its Amazon Smile program. The Souhegan Valley Chorus is registered with Amazon Smile, so you can help fundraise for the SVC using the following steps:
- Click here to go to Amazon Smile
- In the new window, sign in, if necessary, to your Amazon account. If you don’t have an Amazon account, then create an account using the “Create an account” link.
- From the resulting Amazon web page, click on “Account & Lists”, and then on the “Your Account” link (below the “Your Account” header).
- In the resulting page, scroll down to the section “Shopping programs and rentals”, and click on the “Change your charity” link.
- In the next page, in the “Or pick your own charitable organization” text box, enter “Souhegan Valley Chorus”, and click the “Search” button.
- That will take you to a page where you will see “Souhegan Valley Chorus Inc Amherst NH”. Click on the “Select” button to choose the SVC as your Amazon Smile charity.
- All of the above only has to be done once. After you’ve completed those steps, you should do all your future Amazon shopping from the https://smile.amazon.com/ website (NOT https://www.amazon.com/ ), and all purchases will cause a charitable donation to be made to SVC. It’s small, but you’d be surprised how quickly it accumulates when we all do it!
